The PRO DQ g2 is the fastest Extended PCIe SATA RAID storage in it's class. The high-performance RAID controller is now enhanced with a newer Intel IOP348 RAID processor running at 1.2GHz produces reliable data protection and exceptional data throughput. Additionally, the PRO DQ g2 is fully populated with 8 enterprise class high performance 1TB 3.5in 7200 RPM SATA disk drives, running in RAID 3 or 5 protected mode, the PRO DQ g2 can pump out 690 MB/s sustained.
Want to run faster? Configure the RAID engine to RAID 0 mode and the PRO DQ will scream at 800 MB/s. In the double protection RAID 6 mode the PRO DQ g2 at 580MB/s will out run other lesser protected RAID storage. All this performance translates into productive real-world work flows.
