The Bebob Engineering BE-LUXLED4-STA-VM LUX-LED4 Kit with V-Mount Battery Adaptor is based on an energy-efficient LED light with just 4W power consumption. The kit includes the STA-VM stand adaptor that works with camcorders using V-Mount batteries.
Once the LED light kit is fitted to a compatible camcorder using the standard shoe horn mounting, the STA-VM adaptor is loaded with suitable V-Mount batteries. The provided D-Tap cable allows the batteries to power both the camera and the on-camera light. The LED light has a built-in dimmer to control light intensity, as well as a focus slide mechanism that controls the illumination angle between 40deg. (spot) and 60deg. (flood). The unit can be used with optional 2 or 4-leaf barn doors (detachable) to adjust light spill and focus.
