The Acer T272HL 27" Multi-Touch 1080p HD LED Monitor is a widescreen, frameless, high-definition touch-screen monitor designed for use with Microsoft's Windows 8 touch-screen operating system. The resolution is full HD 1920 x 1080 progressive. "Progressive" is the "p" in 1080p and the better of the two HD types. Response time is a fairly fast 5ms, which will allow smoother playback of videos and movies than slower response times can.

In addition to the standard VGA, DVI and USB inputs, this monitor features an HDMI input that you can connect laptops, cameras, Blu-ray players and other HDMI devices into. Three USB inputs right on the side provides the convenience of connecting a mouse, keyboard and other USB device directly to the display instead of reaching around the back of your computer. Another convenience is a set of Built-In Speakers, not universal to computer monitors.

A foot stand is included and enables tilting back and forth, but the monitor also supports VESA brackets so that you can mount it on a wall.
