Simple way to get cable on two TV's

Very easy set up! just connect an HDMI cable in from the cable box (or in source)to the IN on the splitter, and connect the other two HDMI cables from the out (from the splitter)to the two TV's IN... That simple! The only caviat I found, was upon initial hook up (first few days with just one TV hooked up, before I got the other TV for my bedroom) wierd things on the TV would happen, like strange colors or no signal). Once the power source (plug)to the splitter was disconnected though, and the HDMI cables were reconnected (essentially rebooting the splitter), it worked flawlessly. This happened a couple times (only "BEFORE" I had a second TV hooked up). After the second TV was hooked up a couple days later, NO PROBLEMS! The unit may require the full 2 TV setup to work properly.... just guessing. I have had it a month and NO ISSUES since, just great picture on both TV's. HDMI cables are not included, as in most all electronic components you buy.

The Accell UltraAV 1 x 2 HDMI Splitter transmits digital audio and video signals from an HDMI device, such as a DVD player, PS3 game console or receiver, to 2 displays at once. It's ideal for use with HD-TVs, projectors and monitors. The splitter supports all HD video formats including 3D-TV and up to 1080p resolution.

The UltraAV splitter transmits an all-digital signal at up to 6.75 Gbps (225 MHz). The UltraAV splitter is compatible with Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD lossless Surround Sound and supports up to 36-bit Deep Color providing greater color depth and detailed gradations. The splitter has a built-in signal repeater that boosts the HDMI signal for long cable runs.

With the UltraAV 1 x 2 HDMI Splitter, setup is easy. Simply connect the video source and displays to the splitter using your HDMI cables. Next plug in the included power adapter, it's that simple. To hook up to more than 2 display additional splitters can be added. When two or more splitters are connected together, they can be used to create a larger distribution.
