AquaTech NY-7000 Surf Housing for Nikon D7000

The Aqua Tech NY-7000 Surf Housing for Nikon D7000 allows you to shoot on land in dangerously wet conditions and underwater down to 33' (10 m). The surf housing is designed to be lightweight (only 2.5 lb) to make it comfortable for shooting watersports and other surface applications. Its interchangeable lens port system allows you to use your D7000 with longer lenses. This is in contrast to typical housings designed for diving that accommodate only macro or wide-angle lenses.

Diving, however, is an application that this watertight polyurethane case supports well. The housing features a five-bolt seal system and the kit includes a maintenance and cleaning kit, O-rings (installed in the housing), O-ring grease, an Allen wrench and an instruction booklet.

The housing maintains four camera controls for the D7000: Shutter release, AF/AE lock, live view and record. Constructed of stainless steel, aluminum and high-strength plastic, the controls are tactile and operate like those of your camera - there are no levers and gears whose operation you must learn.
