The Brightcast RY12 High Output Wide-Angle Lens Light is custom designed, camera-mounted LED lens lighting fixture that provides Brightcast hallmark super bright and extraordinary true color light. It is not only an ideal solution for run-and-gun news shooters, event videographers, but also a versatile assistant for professional still photographers. As a time saver, Brightcast RY lens light answers the requirements of moving rapidly from one shooting environment to another, without any time consuming work of changing equipments or adding gels.

The RY12 uses 108 pieces Piranha LEDs with a lifespan of over 100,000 hours and they consume 22w only in total. This standout powerful system generate strong lighting source which reaches 1284LUX at 1m, while 1284LUX at 3m within a beam angle of 60 degree. Delivering powerful performance, RY12 succeed to promise a reflection of original true color as well with high remarkable CRI indices.

The RY12 fixture is a round circle, which is perfectly compatible with the camera lens, especially wide-angle lens. Also, it is utmost important to ensure a picture which color is perfect and light is even. It is carefully designed so that there is no interfere with internal or external microphones, besides the Brightcast's hallmark display of brightness and CCT level. RY12 integrates two battery holders allowing usage of Nikon batteries, which can power the RY12 2 to 6 hours of continuous output (depending on the battery capacity and brightness setting). The Brightcast RY12 has more than 50,000-hour lifespan, which equals over 10 years, even in everyday usage. RT12 lens light draws just a fraction of the power used by conventional lens light.
