Works great. I got a cover on it I don't to remove it charges fine.. Yes I would recommend

nice dock, but this one was but crooked
replaced one that was a few years old and stopped working - unfortunately the new one works well but does not hold the phone perpendicular to the desk

I love this little dock
I bought this for my bedside table and it works amazing. I have an iPhone 7 with the apple leather case, so I don't have to take the case off before mounting. I wanted a dock which has a small footprint and I was planning to buy apple's lightning dock but settled for this one as this is like less than half the price. I was pleasantly surprised that this dock ticked all the boxes and is very practical to use.

I have this stand useless for months because of my iPhone case and everyone in my family but I did finally found a tweak on stand and shaved around the lighting concetor with a Scissors knife very sharp "careful when performing you may cut fingers" and it worked for all kind of cases even the bulky cases it is so funny that Belkin never thought of that!!

Solution for fit problems
A fine product, but as the description says, intended for use with phones where the base is fully exposed (the two speakers and the Lightning connector). Removing the case every time you want to charge could be tedious. With many cases (plastic or leather, for example) you can open up the slot on the bottom to make the Lightning connector fully exposed to the full width of the speakers. Then phone fits easily on this base. Just use a sharp blade utility knife and be careful to cut case and not yourself.

WE ALL HAVE CASES THAT ARE BIGGER THAN PAPER THIN, SO I GUESS YOU DIDN'T THINK OF THAT. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!

Wobbly, unstable connection
The phone sits quite loosely on the lightning connector and is supported mostly by the connector itself, putting a fair amount of torque into the phone's lightning receptacle.
The unit is unstable on the stand and wobbles around, making it easy to accidentally knock over or even damage the internal parts of the receptacle.
It needs a much firmer, more stable base and connection.

Twice as nice.
I bought two identical Belkin Lightning Charge/Sync Docks, one for my iPhone 6 and one for my iPhone 6+. They work great, and as they are standing up next to one another on my desk, I never miss a notification message on either device. I can also easily find my fully charged phone now too.
