Excellent Mount

Very solid and firm mount, I had shopped around, and it turned out better than I had expected for the price. I like the ability to adjust the tightness at each joint, allowing you to leave the whole assembly free to move, completely lock in place, or limit motion to a specific arc. Currently doing a great job of holding a 24 inch 1920x1200 monitor.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  How far is the vertical extension on this stand?
JOHN W  The stand is about 14" from the base to the top. So 14" is the max height of the middle of the monitor. How low it can go depends on the size of the monitor. It can extend horizontally outward from the base about 12". It does not telescope out, but it swivels on the arms as you can see in the picture. If you want it an intermediate distance outward, it means rotating the mount and angling the arms as needed. I personally keep the arms as short as possible, with the monitor as close to the vertical post as possible.
