I've owned the black canvas and tan leather Billingham briefcase and Series 3 bag now for 9 years and they still look great. I wanted something very small I could carry on my belt if I needed extra accessories and I wanted it to match my other Billingham bags. I liked the look of this much more than a fanny pack. For the price, it may seem expensive for a bag of this size, but it's well built, stylish, and the zippers allow one to access anything in the pockets without making noise as you would do with Velcro. I keep my rangefinder outfit in the Series 3 bag and use this for accessories, but this compact bag could be used for some digital cameras that are fairly flat. The belt straps will accommodate a 1 1/2" belt and the case comes with a 1" strap if you want to carry it on the shoulder. If you plan to use the shoulder strap, be sure to purchase the matching Billingham 1" shoulder pad so that the canvas strap doesn't slide off your shoulder!
