The light quality is good but i have now bought 3 replacements and all go bad after just one shoot! One even went out in the middle of a shoot. I wonder if anyone else has had this issue.

I admit, I bought this light because the price was $110 off, making this a very inexpensive purchase. I figured even if it was pretty good it would be worth it. I saw that the battery pack was being sold separately but I didn't realize that this pack was absolutely necessary. I thought it was an extra battery. This light does not have an internal battery and is meant to be used only through the cigarette lighter of your car. So unless you plan to videotape your nighttime road trips, you've got a useless light. My work-around was to order a cigarette lighter to AC converter so I can use the light away from the car. So my total purchase price was 40 bucks. Not bad.

I like these lights and the price was right. Not to bad of a spread for (5) LEDs. They are rather large and heavy for on camera use, so maybe better as accent lights or supplement lighting. The color is off on the green side, but a 1/4 or 1/2 magenta should correct it. The main color is closer to daylight balance, which makes it a good fill light for indoors when you have daylight coming through the windows. Dimmer can come in handy. Tungsten conversion filter not the best design, but works.

bad light! I want byu strong light for photography, but this light isn't 150 watt! Bad color of light. After two shooting works intermittently.

I have a multiple led video light. It is very light and don't get hot. The Bescor is not much brighter than this. I was fooled by the 150 Watt claim.

I initially relied on halogen lights but they drain the batteries in a second! This gadget here is really reliable on long shoots and 4 batteries last more than you need. The down side is, the light stopped working in the middle of a wedding shoot so i had to switch back to my halogen. Will try to have it repaired though.

This product produces a horrible color light, with or without the included filter. It does not match mixed room lighting and is almost impossible to correct in camera or in post. The color cast is very blue without the filter and very green with the filter. Too bad, there are no other lights in this price range with this potential to operate so efficiently. We will continue to use the Bescor VS-50 light.

This light is great for use in wedding videography and other events. The light runs on a tiny battery that has given me up 3 hrs of run time in the past. While it is a little large, the power of the light is intense. A great unit for any professional.
