Questions about this item:

Henry D  what is the weight capacity of the tripod. how much weight can it hold?.
David S  17.6 pounds advertised.
Alma V  How much does it weigh in both the tripod and monopod versions?
ADRIAN W  The total assembly is a little over 4 1/2 pounds. it comes with a carry bag and feels very light. I used the mono piece, which detaches from the assembly. I am not sure of exact weight, but would guess it is a little over a pound, perhaps 1 1/2. It's very light. A mono is really used to keep the camera steady and for quick setups (walk and hikes, which was what I used it for. In that case it worked for me.
