About BenQ MX813ST

The XGA-resolution BenQ MX813ST Digital Projector is a powerful, versatile projector with 2700 ANSI lumens of brightness at a 10,000:1 contrast ratio that renders large, bright images even when you have a fair amount of ambient light to cope with. The ST in MX813ST stands for short throw, an attribute that makes this projector, a favorite of educators. The MX813ST can fill an 81" (2.1 m) screen from only 39" (1 m) away. What that means is more floor space for audience members, less interruptions and less chance of you being an inadvertent shadow puppet by interfering with the beam.

The MX812ST makes beautiful, vivid pictures thanks to its Texas Instruments DLP DMD (Digital Light Processor Digital Micromirror Device) imaging panel with BrilliantColor. But the MX813ST can do lot more than making large bright pictures. For one thing, it can make them all over the world. It's got an international auto switching 100 to 240 volt 50/60Hz power supply and it can project video in the NTSC, PAL and SECAM standards. Speaking of international, its onscreen display (OSD) offers your choice of 28 languages.

The MX813ST is also compatible with most Macintosh and PC resolutions. It has 720p, 1080i and 1080p high resolution and those high definition signals will stay in pristine form from the source to the projector, thanks to the MX813ST's HDMI v 1.3 input.

BenQ MX813ST Features

  • World-Leading SmartEco Technology for Greener Environment: As the first DLP brand to incorporate Philips' ImageCare technology into its projector lamp system, BenQ has taken a further leap, developing its own SmartEco Technology to perfect what DLP can do for energy saving in 21st century classroom
  • Eco Blank Mode: The Eco Blank mode allows teachers to blank the projection screen whenever they need to direct their students' focus back on them or simply when the projector is not in use
  • SmartEco Mode: The SmartEco Mode, which cleverly adjusts the lamp power to maximize power saving by delivering the best contrast and brightness performance using only as much light as needed
  • No Source Detected Mode: The automatic switch to Eco Blank Mode after the projector is turned on for over three minutes without a display source, eliminating unnecessary energy waste and prolonging the life of the projector lamp
  • Upper Lamp Door for Easy Lamp Access: The upper lamp door is designed for IT managers to replace the projector lamp safely and quickly. Should the projector lamp go out in the middle of the class, it can be replaced without delaying the class
  • Security Bar to Discourage Theft: A security bar is designed to enable projector managers to secure their classroom projectors either to a ceiling mount or an audiovisual equipment cart, adding extra "physical" security to a classroom projector
  • LAN Control: LAN Control is designed to help IT managers perform day-to-day projector maintenance and repair tasks efficiently and effectively - offering them full access and control over every projector directly from their workstations
  • Crestron and PJ-Link: The MX813ST offers seamless support for the Crestron and PJ-Link LAN Control system
  • Built-in 10W Big Audio Power: The MX813ST features one built-in 10W speaker to help enrich every lesson with top quality audio performances
