About Burris Optics 4.5-14x42 Rifle Scope

Burris Optics 200183-PKG Fullfield II Series 4.5-14x-42mm Riflescope has a one-piece main tube and eyepiece, Burris envied steel-on-steel adjustment system and HiLume multi-coatings on every single air to glass lens surface. The FullField II is even more forgiving for eye position, is a little shorter and a good bit lighter. The magnification ring and eyepiece have been made into one solid unit requiring only two seals rather than three. To change magnification, simply turn the entire eyepiece.Fullfield II eliminated most of the potential leak paths in the eyepiece/power ring area and sealed the remainder with special quad seals instead of O-rings. The adjustment system has been moved to improve mounting options and the European-style adjustable eyepiece requires no locking mechanism. The Ballistic Plex reticle has a lower vertical crosshair with small ballistic lines that automatically compensate for bullet drop from 100 to 500 yards for many common cartridges. The Fullfield II is lighter, better sealed and has a relocated adjustment system compared to the original Fullfield.

Burris Optics 4.5-14x42 Rifle Scope Features

  • Burris uses lenses with a greater diameter than the competition
  • Double internal spring force. Every Burris scope has it.

  • Every scope is individually recoil, water and fogproof tested.
  • Burris uses specially made quad seals to provide double insurance against leakage.

Great tough scope

I purchased a couple of these scopes in October and hunted with them all season. I am extremely pleased with the clarity of the scopes as well as their toughness. I mounted one on a 7mm mag and the other on a single shot .444.I have had three different scopes on the .444 and none have lasted a full season. The Fullfield 2 has far surpassed my expectations. These are very tough scopes.

Wish it didn't show up destroyed

Got the scope home and opened it up, less than impressed. The seals around the glass were sloppy, and the entire internals were destroyed. I will definitely be turning this in for warranty. I look forward to seeing how the Forever warranty service goes. Not happy i will have to wait a month.

Great scope for the money

By

from central ohio

I bought the product to mount up to our new savage axis 2 223 for predator hunting. the scope fit well to the gun and we had it sighted in for 150 yards in no time. Scope is super clear and when you crank up the magnification you can see for a mile. The scope is way to much for this gun but it is really nice having some good quality optics on it.

This is my 3rd fullfield 2 scope. I think thet are very well made, easy to get on target and super clear glass make them a good product for the cost. I would not hesitate buying another one. I really like the 2x7's. Small and light.

Super clear

I had never purchased a Burris scope before this one. I wanted a high quality scope for my son's Savage 308. I have Leopold scopes on my other rifles. This scope was as clear and crisp as scopes costing twice as much. This was my first but not my last Burris.

Great scope

I have five (5) Fullfield II scopes on various rifles and slug guns and every one performs flawlessly. They hold zero, are clear from edge to edge and never fog. They have been from Alabama to Alaska and never a problem.

Still a very much a quality product!

By

I have been using Burris scopes for the past 15 years. I have tried other brands but I was never satisfied and kept comparing them to Burris. The 4.5-14X42 that I recently purchased, is of the same quality scope that I purchased 15 years ago. The 15 year old scope is still going strong and is on my favorite deer rifle. I am glad that I can count on a great product just by seeing the Burris name on it. I currently have over 25 Burris rifle scopes ranging from the old Fullfields and Signature Selects to the newer Fullfield II's along with binoculars and 1 spotting scope. Please bring back the Signature Selects please. Thanks, Rick

Great Scope

By

from Undisclosed

I bought this scope for my .308 rifle. I sighted it in and it has been fantastic ever since. The scope glass is clear and it has performed flawlessly. I took it shooting this weekend and used it to hit a 6 inch metal gong target at 150 yards with ease.
