B+W 67MM C-Pol MRC

The B+W c-pol filter seems slightly brighter than other less-expensive polarizers but I'd like it if it were even brighter than it is. Because it reduces light by ~2.5 stops and increases contrast it sometimes causes my Nikon D80 to error slightly in auto focusing. I DON'T screw the filters together too tightly, either!

A must have

I carry a circular polarizer for each of my lenses. It is the most important thing in your bag afterThe camera and lens. Always buy a good one . B+ W is a good one. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because 5 is for perfect but I would give it a 4+.

B+W polarizer

By

from Torrance CA.  -  Photo Enthusiast

Well constructed and high quality glass make this a great accessory. I have two others and find them to be just the thing I need to cut down glare. I travel a lot and have to keep equipment down to a minimum. This is the first accessory I pack after my camera and cards.

Filter to reduce flare

By

from Michigan  -  Photo Enthusiast

Purchased to reduce flare prevalent with some lower cost filters in some shooting cases as well as reduce glare in others. Use this to enhance the blue in the sky for landscape shots.
