Overall, very good filter, but expensive. Some ghosting in poor light with long focal lengths, but in good light, used judiciously, works fine. In retrospect, I probably should have looked for a "digital" version in this size to minimize occasion background ghosting in uneven light.

This is a B+W 77mm MRC UV Haze filter. I put it on my 24-105mm f/4 L right away to protect the front lens glass. The filter is invisible to my images which is what you want. The build quality is superb. I highly recommend this filter.
A very good protection of the lens.
I've tried other cheaper brands of filters, but always come back to B+W for their quality and precision. A++ product. Good lenses are worth a good filter.
worth the extra money if on good glass like zeiss if on canon or nikon you can go with hoya
Does what it's supposed to.
i bought it for new lens 70-200mm L IS II. I use B&W filter on every lens i owned. Great filter, good construction.
Protect my L lenses.I will never use any other filter on my lenses.
Perfect fit, good protection for my lens and no noticable image distortion.
Nice clarity, no distortion, and good construction.
Completed the weather seal of my (very) expensive Canon EF 70-200 lens for use along the Atlantic coast (sand & salt air).
