Duracell CR1620 3V Coin Cell Lithium Bat

Not bad batteries, they are used in my 3D Samsung glasses. I have noticed however, that some right out of the package, when inserted into the glasses they indicate 2/3 charged. I am starting to wonder if these are fresh batteries or they have been sitting around for a long time. I am only getting around 6 hours usage out of them.
