Excellent day pack
I got this for hiking. I really like the fact that it fit my Source 3 liter hydration pouch. I have worn it in the heat all day and it is great. The only thing I wished it had was a little more storage up top to carry more items.

Great bag but small DSLR compartment.
I went from a LowePro Fastpack 200 to this. I wanted a backpack that was comfortable, durable, and lightweight. Exactly what I wanted. The insert for the water bladder is larger than I thought. Keep in mind though a filled water bladder will protrude, but not as much as other backpacks. The material and zippers are of high quality and works well. I love how you can take out the main divider between the top/bottom half if you wanted to. The rain cover is awesome, very easily accessible and a breeze to put on. Comfortable so far especially with the sternum and waist straps. However, I was quite disappointed with the size DSLR compartment. I have a 5D MK2 w/ 24-105 lens attached. The edges of the body were sticking out beyond the zipper chain making it difficult to use the easy side access especially with a strap attached on the camera. I had to reconfigure the camera so that I had the sides on the bottom/top which would have the camera upside-down with the backpack right side up, BUT makes it much easier to access that way. Other than that, everything else is great.
