I am sooo pleased with this product and its features. Honestly I was not expecting such exceptional service and response from Coast, but they have the best warranty, service, and response from any company I have dealt with. Coast DOES stand behind its products. They warrantied an item that was purchased and used so long ago it was not still available so they graciously replaced it with the closest and updated version. It even has an LED light to make it so much easier to use in low light situations. Love this item and will always be able to depend on the Coast brand.

There are a couple of the utilities tabs that are so small, so poorly accessible, that you need to use a tool to pull them out - which defeats the purpose of this "multi-tool". Its terrible and you will break a nail trying to pull them, the saw and file namely. You get what you pay for i guess...this aint no Leatherman

This multi tool is durable and we'll worth the money. It even has a little light. They went heavy in the blades by including 3. I would like an allen key also, but I'm more than happy with what I got at an affordable price. Bonus points for the light. Mind the battery flip to make it work.

What I really appreciate is how easy it is to get to the tools. You don't have to open the multi-tool to get your knife blades or screwdrivers. This in my opinion makes it easier to operate. Great small multi-tool

I seen this at auto parts store two weeks ago. It happened to be on sale so bought it. I would have paid full price for it even if it wasn't on sale. It's came in handy in numerous occasions I would recommend this product. I've had only one issue with a flashlight but the customer service I received has made me a Coast member for life. Their response time was quick and sent me a new one out right away and I I'm pretty sure they would do it with any of their products. They make good quality durable products. Hey I understand sometimes you might get that one item out of thousands that might have a default no one's perfect but theses are good quality products

Its really awesome quality,the LED light is perfect,way better than a small scissor feature thats on most multtools that you dont use.Its a must tool,better than the gerber dime and leatherman.

Very solid with a very compact size. Carry it in my pants pocket and forget it is there. Pliers are great for gripping small items with precision. Knife blade is long and sharp. Other tools are strong and held securely. LED light is an added bonus, mine works great. I had a problem with an older product and the company reached out to me to make it right. Incredible customer service for this day and age, thanks guys!

I just bought this item and light does not work brand new ! It has no instructions about light. pulled cover off and it only has 1 Battery in it ! I guess they do not test them to see if they work ! Warranty says light not covered and batteries not covered and return shipping not covered ! it would be better if it did not have a light rather than one that does not work and is not even covered in multiple ways and I am sure it won't work with one battery and it says batteries are rechargeable How with what! what a rip off !

Great little light. This little light gives a great, bright circle of light to reveal true color and quality of object. So light, you wont be burdened by carrying it. Rechargeable battery makes it easy to maintain.
