The Chrosziel C-450W-EX3K1 MatteBox Kit for Sony PMW-EX3 Camera is a sunshade/filter holder kit that is compatible with the Sony PMW-EX3 camera. Designed to offer photographers more control over the image, the MatteBox package consists of a wide angle MatteBox, a French flag, 2 filter stages, two 4 x 5.65/4 x 4 combination filter holders, 2 step-down rings, a 130mm rear plate and a bracket for 15mm lightweight support rods.

Equipped with a wide angle (16:9/4:3) MatteBox, the MB 450W-20 Kit 1 offers compatibility with lenses as wide as 16mm (35mm Academy) without vignetting. It comes with a filter stage for two independently rotating 4 x 5.65/4 x 4 filter holders. Two step-down rings (130:110 mm and 110:77 mm) allow you to use a filter or any other accessory that is smaller than the lens diameter.

In addition to a rear plate, the MB 450W-20 Kit 1 also contains a center bracket for use with the 15mm lightweight support rods. Using a tightening knob, you can connect the MatteBox system to the 15mm lightweight support (optional). The French flag helps control the light angle and eliminate lens glare and flare. Optional side wings can be attached to the French flag to offer protection from excessive sunlight and allow for precise light adjustment. The optional swing-away mechanism allows for quick and efficient lens changes.
