Not good for me
I wanted to replace my old Domke 1 inch gripper straps and decided to give these Crumplers a try. I was very disappointed and returned them and ended up getting the Domkes. The Crumplers are well padded and look great. Also the attached loop strings are great if you have a non dslr that uses that type of connection. For me, more important than the padding was the grip factor. I don't want my cameras to slide off my shoulders. These straps do t have any rubbery grippy material thus making them unsafe. The Domkes I had were about 10 years old and the rubber had worn off. The straps are still solid and I will use them to carry my portable light stands but they're not safe for cameras.
I wouldn't buy these for my line of work.
