Much better than standard

Much better than DELL XPS 8930 standard sound card. Good Purchase.

Don't buy it

Hasn't worked correctly since I bought it and creative doesn't seem to be interested in supporting a product they actively sell and market. When I purchased the card in August of 2019 the newest driver was from 2017. And due to driver issues it hasn't worked for the sole purpose I bought it for which was surround sound over optical. I can't recommend any creative products especially not this one.

Your ears will appreciate it...

So much better than the stock stuff stuck on most motherboards. Yep its not cheap but the sound quality increase was worth it. But as usual Creative seems to never update drivers so if you are having issues with the drivers good luck. These haven't been updated in over 18 months.
