About Cubix GPU-Xpander Desktop Serie

The Cubix Xpander Desktop Series II PCIe Expansion Chassis contains four PCI Express Gen 2 x16 slots that connects to your Windows or Mac computer via a host x16 PCIe controller card with x16 cable. This allows you to expand the performance of your computer with four single wide or two double wide GPUs or other PCIe cards such as Red Rocket, NVIDIA SDI Capture or other cards.

The controller card is installed into an available PCIe x16 slot within your computer and can provide up to 80 Gb/s of bandwidth to the expansion chassis. Furthermore, this chassis is built with a universal power supply and a variable speed exhaust fan to provide power and to cool the PCIe cards. Included with expansion chassis are a 3.3' (1m) x16 cable and a host interface controller card.
