Good Frame, poor sound

I was hoping to use the media playing abilities of this product to play music.There are loads of clicks and distortion issues. The picture quality is excellent, as is the slideshow function. The defaults for showing a slideshow, will make this an excellent gift for my parents--loaded with pictures. The labels on the remote are so small! As a frame, it is attractive and has a good picture.
