Didn't fit any of my LTM bodies

This item was out of stock when I ordered, but didn't show that on webpage. When it finally arrived (forgot I ordered it so must have been several weeks or more) it did not fit any of my LTM bodies (Leica IIIa, IIIc, Canon IIF, IVSB, 7, Fed 3, Zorki C, 6). Just won't screw on. I have body caps from other manufacturers (third party) that work great. Won't consider this one again. I wish it did work, I like the satin aluminum finish on it.
