a nice simple adapter ring

Note this adapter is for 4/3's cameras, not Micro-4/3's cameras. For use with the Pen E-P series cameras the Olympus MMF-1 Four Thirds Mount Adapter to E-P1 / E-P2 Pen Micro Four Thirds Digital Camera Lens Mount is also required.

This lens mount adapter allows Nikon/Nikkor lens (F, non-AI, AI, AIS, AF, AFD) to fit on an Olympus E-Series 4/3-system camera body.Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode with the Olympus E-Series 4/3-system camera body. Infinity focusing is guaranteed.
