This drum was delivered quickly, was easy to install and changed my work life. This is my favorite printer and was in desperate need of a new drum. Think this printer may last forever.

The agent knew what was wrong with the printer sent the part and fixed the problem without breaking the bank. Of course he suggested I buy a new printer but I went with the cheaper option. Printer works great.

We have bought this drum for our office use. This is the third time we have bought this. Simple process to swap it out for the old drum unit. Works like as good as new. Great Printouts again. Highly recommended.
