Cost of toner
I have have been buying these replacement toners for 9+ years. They work great and my printer has not skipped a beat. The only problem is the cost. With replacing the toners over time I have spent hundreds of dollars over and above the cost of the printer. Dell does not discount these. I can't find another printer that uses cheaper toner. So I am locked in to buy the high dollar products.

great printer
i love my dell printer but the cartridges are VERY expensive and can only be purchased from Dell. The delivery is immediate, which is great, but at this time I am printing in only black and white and I seem to run out of all cartridges at the same time, this I don't like.
If you were still able to print with only one cartridge needed, this would be awesome! but i still love it!

Dell Toner
If you are looking for convenience, skip this printer. It works well, but difficulties with getting toner and Dell's delivery policies make it unpleasant to live with.

Could last Longer
Make it less expensive or last longer. States that is low but if you shake them you can get almost 10-15% more life out of them.
