The non-adhesive name badge labels (30856 are too long to fit into standard 4"x3" badge holders. Why on earth would you create a non-standard name badge label? Four years have passed since the first review was posted and nothing has changed. The extra 3/16" makes the this name badge label useless. This is a simple problem with a simple solution, and I bet your sales would increase.

I agree with the other reviewer that these need to be shorter. Most name badge holders are 3 inches high x 4 inches wide so the labels need to be no longer than 4 inches. It would also be helpful to have an alternate size: 2 1/3 inches x 3 1/2 inches.

We purchased the adhesive name badges which are 2-1/4" x 4" but wanted to use clear lanyard sleeves instead. These nonadhesive badges are longer than almost all clear sleeves on the market. If they were 4" long instead of 4-3/16" they would be perfect. The printing/label system works flawlessly, it's just the size of this label that is not useful.
