Dymo makes very good label printers. I have been using them in an office setting for 12+ years and the quality of these printers is getting better with each new model.

Bought this one to replace an old LabelWriter that failed after several years of use. The 450Turbo is fast, and great at printing address and other text and/or barcode based labels. Graphics come out so-so. Also won't print closer than about 3/16" on leading edge of label (fault of the Dymo LabelWriter series in general)

Great printer - Great price!

By

from Greenville, SC  -  Value Oriented

I always look for Quality and Value. When I came here I found both. I like that it supports many label sizes that I use. I got nervous having to feed my sheet labels through my laser printer several times to fill a sheet.

Great printer!

By

I sell jewelry supplies and printed sheet labels, but got nervous every time I had to feed a sheet of labels through my printer more than once, since some only needed 1 label, others needed 5, etc.I use Windows 7 and have no issues.I checked others' reviews about the product and Adorama and felt comfortable making my purchase. The printer works great and I got it at a great price. There's a wide variety of label sizes available for this printer. It is also supported by [@]

I was looking for a label printer that was fast, easy to use and reliable to print file folder labels, index card labels and other general label printing. Price value speed and reliability best describe the Dymo LabelWriter 450. Set up is quick and easy, printing is fast and clear. Good value for the money.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  Will the Dymo label?writer work on Windows 7 64 bit?. Can I print labels from a excel data base? Will it remove blank fiels as to not allow blank lines on the labels?
DAVID C  I use a product called label matrix. It can print labels by using data from a spread sheet. With most designs, if the entire row is blank, label software will skip to the next line and not print a label for the blank line. if the column has any data, your first column, it would print that and leave blank your other data fields. I am not sure how the Windows 7 will work
Shopper  How many starter labels are included with it?
ROBERT R  Thanks Frank... I just looked at a new starter roll and see it is marked 130 labels. My error.
Shopper  Can this label coats and jackets and shoes?
Frank S  I'm not sure of your question. If the question is will the labels stick to coats, jackets and shoes. The quick answer is yes. Are you using it for pricing in a retail outlet yes. If your in a goodwill type operation not so sure. We use it for file labels and prescription labels in a 7 doctor veterinary hospital. We had the twin turbo model that lasted over 4 years. For the price you can not beat it. We own a zebra printer wich is simular to but 4 times as expensive and a pain. After two months we took it out of sevice. One reason is it uses ink ribons rather thermal printing.
