Ergotron 75mm to 100mm Conversion Plate Kit

This adaptor plate attaches an Ergotron mount with a 75 x 75 mm interface to a display with a 100 x 100 mm hole pattern. It is easy to install and it includes thumb screws for tooless attachment to display.
