A smaller, lighter strip light, the Junior Recta fills in where packing a larger strip is a pain, or where you need a solid side accent and can put the light closer to your subject. It folds just like the other Rotalux boxes, making it easy to set up and take down where required, but by being lighter and just a touch smaller, it can easily hang over products on a weighted boom just as comfortably as standing next to a model in a reflective dress. Pull back just a little, and the softness highlights the entire side of a person. Raise it up, and it makes for a very nice catchlight for accents. All in all, a very positive investment, especially for a portable studio.
