Works fine but...

The outer contact could be a little thicker. I had to wrap tape around it to keep it from falling out of the socket of my Konica-Minolta. The tape doesn't affect the flash, but it is annoying to have to McGyver it.

Shopper  I'm looking for a lamp cord, 110 volts, with coiled wire. I need to know if this is at least 16 gage wire and either 2 or 3 wires. I will cut-ff the jack end.hard wiire to the sorce. Will this product work?
LARRY L  It's 2-wire, but no idea if it's at least 16 gage. It's not designed to have much current going through it, it's just a switch.
