I've shot a few rolls of this since 2013. It has high resolution, small grain, and nice colors. The only con is that sometimes the details fall out in high contrast situations (e.g. Noon)..

I have used Fuji 200 for years when I want to make photos with vivid colors. I experiment with many types of classic film cameras even though I have several digital cameras that would do the job. Film still has a remarkable dynamic range compared to digital. Of course digitizing film photos depends on the capabilities of the scanner that is used. So, different film processors may yield different results. If that is held constant, Fuji film is more vivid than Kodak Gold, another less expensive film.

I'm a big fan of the Superia 400 for my colour work. It has the issue of being a bit too fast for my outdoor work or other bright lights. I was happy to see the 200 speed available and ordered five rolls. I've been through a couple already and am very very pleased with the result. The extra stop in bright light helps a lot and the film prints very similar to 400. The colours are beautiful and, for a print film, always come out saturated quite nice. The lab I use helps but the film and it's extra colour layer really make for great prints. Especially around the golden hours I get nice sky rendition and colours like rust and bright paint really shine. I don't really see much of a downside at the moment. I will use the other rolls and see what happens. I haven't seen a "press" version of this speed and am not sure it exists but I don't think the special handling and such that is attributed to the Press version would make much of a difference in my personal use. One of the biggest pluses for me is not in the printing but scanning. A lot of my work goes straight in to a film scanner and with no touch-ups this film really shines for the conversion to digital. I rarely have to play with post-production on the images that it produces. For a couple bucks a roll, it's hard to say no.

This is a good everyday use film. The colors are wonderful, and I've gotten enlargements as big as 16 X 20 with very little grain showing. Also, it is a very sharp film. It has given me consistenly pleasing results.
