Works Just Fine

This ring works just as advertised. The metal construction has much quality and the filters fit nice and snug.

Can't seem to be able to use it

I wanted this to allow me to use a 58mm filter for my 52mm lens. The first time I tried using it, the adapter and filter had to be pryed apart. They would spin to unscrew, but since that time I cannot get it to work with my lense. It's really been frustrating.

Perfect Fit

By

from New Haven, CT  -  Casual Photographer

I had purchased a Nikon D5100 and a Lens 55mm-300mm which I realized later was a 58mm as opposed to the kit lens which was 52mm in diameter. I had quite a few 58mm filters. Thanks to this adapter I am able to use the filters with the kit lens. Thank you, thank you...

If you're looking to use 58mm filters on a 52mm lens then this will do the trick. Not much to say other than it works.

Does what it's meant to

By

from Palmyra, NY  -  Tech Savvy

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Let me save money on filters by buying one to match my largest lenses & adapt to my smaller one. Can be a little tricky to get threaded at first.

This mount seems very sturdy, and it fits my filters nice and tight (but not too tight). : ) I recommend this product.

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
MICHAEL K  Have a 72mm ring on my minolta 35mm and I needed to adapt it to fit the lens from my canon 35mm camera which is 52mm. Between two adapters (52mm to 58mm and the step down of 72mm to 58mm) this accomplished my intended need. I am a novice, but this allowed me to take photos I would not have been able to otherwise. moabkelley
