An inexpensive way to expand the use of an expensive Polarization filter to multiple lenses. The Adorama unit is great. I can't see spending more for a more expensive unit.

Use as a step-up adapter for Nikon 200mm F4 macro lens. 62mm to 72mm. Feels solid, screws in clean, flat black in color-non reflective- costs quite a bit less than a B&W equivalent. Really don't see any difference than name-after all its just a metal threaded ring that holds a filter that is lightweight anyway-not rocket science.

This is as good as it can be for the money. Nothing to say except it's round, black marked on the edge and well made. I have a B+W step up adapter, 3 times more expensive and nothing special about it except may be a better coating. I would buy anytime this kind of adapaters and never pay more for the brand ones.

Allows you to use larger size filters on lenses with a smaller diameter thread. The first number is the size that screws into the lense, the second number is the filter size.
