Met our needs, probably wouldn't buy again.
We're generally happy with this frame based on its price. We did have to get a second one sent to us, because the first one arrived with the glass totally shattered. The design is a bit flimsy to work with and the materials feel cheap. But, it looks pretty good once it's on the wall and not bad for the price.

Very modern and clean look, quality item
I have been using these for a while now, I never received on with a chip or mark of any sort, and they seem to hold up very well over time. They look clean and sharp although the glass due suffer from glare with harsh light. Overall these are hard to beat for the price

Excellent frames
Beautiful frames! If you’re looking for a large frame that maximizes the size of the print, buy these. The mat is the perfect size and the black black frame is so thin.

High-quality Frame!
The frame looks very high quality. I love the thin metal frame. eCommerce experience was excellent. My only critique is the metal compression strips which hold the frame taught were difficult to maneuver, and the directions didn't indicate the sheer number of them there were. As such, I had a challenge disassembling the frame to get my photo in. I had a small piece of the corner glass break off when trying to get the frame in. However, after reaching out to customer service, they were excellent in helping me handle the issue. Will be buying more of Adorama's frames! Now I know how to more carefully open the frame to insert my photo.

fits my need
Hard to fine good frames with that will fit 12 x 18 prints. This is light weight, easy to set up, and a nice clean look

Great Product
If you need easy to use frames that look like expensive custom aluminum frames, this is the one. The 13 by 19 inch mat opening is perfect for framing prints from a 13 inch printer.
