I purchased this as a gift with a total cost including shipping of about $20. When I tried contacting Adorama for help the first time I was put into a queue that lasted over 18 minutes at which time the message switched to "call back tomorrow during business hours". On my second attempt to get support I was given a name and number for help with this specific product (Mr. Toviag x2253). When I explained my problem he was less than curtious and switched me back into the queue for someone else. I used to use Adorama for photo equipment but they have terrible support. Sticking with B&H from now on!!!

Nice quality presentation book

To put a photo in the front cover, you have to bend it and slide it in from the front outside. It technically would hold a 3x3 photo, but I use a wallet which is 2x3. This leaves a very tiny gap on the 2" side, but if you use a black and white photo, it's not too noticeable since the album is black. I do birth photography, where clients don't get prints or photo albums, they just get a CD. I want to deliver the CD in something nicer than a jewel case or cardboard sleeve, so I've started using these. I print one wallet image from the event, and slip it in the cover (again, from the outside you just work it into the opening). My clients are always impressed when I hand it to them!

great quality; hard to put photo in

This would get 5 stars based on quality, if the images were easier to put in.

sturdy and well made

I needed better packaging for my wedding photography, these are perfect. Minimal, sturdy, and the option for one or two discs.
