Great product, excellent price.

from NYC.  -  Great product

I use the product with the Sony NEX-VG10 with Nikon lenses, works great. Works with 15mm rods. The adjustable focus ring could be improved, but you can't beat the price.

Questions about this item:

Shopper  I just bought one. The gear doesn't spin true which is worrying me. Should I exchange for another or is there a way to adjust it?
BARRY K  I bought one about 2 months ago. I replaces the gear wrap cog with one from Ikan. It has a rubber inset so it is a much smoother gear turn. For the money the Flashpoint is fantastic. I use it on Optecka rails, also very affordable. I dont shoot a huge amount of video so I am keeping everything on a tight budget, Best of luck
Shopper  does this come with the rings to attach to the lens? Doe you also need a rig to attach it to...or does it attach to the camera
MATTHEW N  Mine did, but it looks like the product has changed. The model I bought also had the 15mm mounting bracket and flex ring. Those two things are not featured in the newer photos.
Shopper  What the heck is this thing and what is it used for? The website has absolutely no details.
MATTHEW N  Usually for photo gear a good rule of thumb applies: If you don't know what it is, then you don't really need to worry about using it. As you get more experienced and require more tools to do things, then you'll typically find the products that solve your problems.
