Most Liked Positive Review

Just in time for the snow and love them!

The gloves fit great and work as planned, good grip and good feel holding the camera. The could use a little more filler to be warmer but I love them.

Most Liked Negative Review

Does not do what it is supposed to do.

I have been looking for a similar product for a while hoping to keep my fingers warm and easy to expose the shooting finger when needed. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees it does not keep the hands warm. It is inflexible and hard to get the fingers in and out.An [...] skin provides better protection than this.I was very disappointed.

Complete JUNK!

These gloves are junk. The stiching on one of the fingers came loose the secong time I wore these. Not that warm, either.

Much better than I expected

By

from Springfield, MA  -  Semi-Professional

Several other reviewers complained about cold hands. I agree in extreme cold/wet/windy weather. There is little insulation, and wind seems to blow right through them. The good news is that in moderately cold, dry weather (at or above freezing,) the gloves are noticeably better than nothing and allowed me to use my camera unencumbered for longer periods of time. The gloves are relatively inexpensive, so I bought a pair of the large size with the intention of stuffing in some polyfill insulation, and/or sewing on a windproof layer of nylon over the back side of the hand. I'll probably do that one day, but so far, my hands really haven't been cold enough to justify all that extra work. I would recommend these to a friend only after making sure my friend didn't expect to use these gloves for warmth.

Comfortable, Functional

By

from OH - IO  -  Hobbyist/Enthusiast

The gloves are warm enough at the moderate temperatures I've worn them in. Not sure if they will be warm enough in colder temps. They seem to run a little large in sizing. I ordered a large and think a mediem would have been a better fit.

Not the answer

By

from Philadelphia, PA  -  Semi-pro Photographer

Although I have normal sized hands, the large was too small and did not provide adequate warmth. I also found them too stiff to allow me to work the controls. I threw them away and relied on thinner gloves.

Not so great with a cold breeze.

They fit well. The concept is good but they provide little protection in the cold. Too lightweight.
