Good value and function
Worked great for converting an offbrand lightbox to fit Speedotron lights. Had to fiddle with the screws on the head to get the mount to lock tight but once that was done, everything came together. Great low cost alternative to make use of existing gear.

Glow products are a great choice!
The speed ring pictured is designed to be used with rods. The rods will bend but it is much easier to insert the rods on the same side first then attach the rods on the opposite side. Over time new rods can be purchased separately.

Excellent build and quality. Super lightweight alloy so easy to add to any lighting kit bag. Fits really securely, I used to use duct tape to hold this piece on my old set in place, this one clicks and reduces the times I have to carry any tape along with me! Seems to take wear really well, optimistic of its lifecycle.
