EXTREMELY BAD PACKAGING with no excuse

By

from Lake Placid, NY  -  Photo Enthusiast

RE: MCS glass clip frame 18x24" The order arrived broken. I called for a replacement due to terrible packaging. The second order arrived broken. Both times the glass was put into a very large box with a little bubble wrap placed on top. Throughout shipping and handling the glass was flopping around in the box. Anyone who doesn't know that glass has to be packed tightly so that it cannot move within the box SHOULD NOT BE PACKING ANYTHING LET ALONE GLASS! I received a refund for the clip frame after I refused to photograph the glass and be interviewed by UPS for a damage "investigation" to waste more of my time. A separate package that I did pay for was a box of mat boards. It arrived in loose packaging with one corner of the mats smashed. I trimmed the boards on the damaged side because I was in a hurry. I won't be ordering from Adorama again.

These frames are excellent for displaying photos without reflection. I have a wall of over 50 frames and it looks great.

Great product, fast delivery

By

from New Orleans, LA  -  Casual Photographer

I had 12 prints to frame and I found these frames online-- perfect price! I've used this type of frame before-- it's easy to put the print in the frame and hang. If you want a frame that doesn't detract from the print, this is the best one. No border, no mat, just the print. They arrived in perfect shape and quickly.

Very satisfied

By

from New York  -  Casual Photographer

The frames look great on the wall and you can't tell how inexpensive they are. You need to handle them with care since they break and scratch easily but I'm very happy with the result. Also, Adorama has great customer service and they are very efficient since they didn't have as many as I needed and in 24 hours they brought them for me. Also, best prize by far.

The glass is light weight, but it held up to the clips.

MCS Glass Clip Picture Frame for a 11x14

By

from Minneapolis, MN  -  Casual Photographer

It provides a great display of photos for our clients and customers to view. We don't need outer frames that sometimes we can't find a match for other photos that cause it to look very distasteful. These are the perfect fit for any pictures as we can arrange them in many ways and fashions even as a collage.

Clip frames are the best

By

from Colorado  -  Photography Student

I love clip frames because of the basic glass holding matts feature. My fingers tend to hurt after getting all of them done. In that past I've done 16x20 frames with 11x14 photos- I think I prefer the bigger photos to the 11x14 frames and 8x10 photos (it's just a bit too small for an exhibition. (This exhibition is for a nonprofit in town- the money I raised for them and this exhibition paid for this product- so I shopped around for the best deal and I think this was it) Great product, packing was done well with no broken frames- the expensive shipping was worth it.

Poor Quality

By

from Houston, TX

Glass breaks easily and is too thin. I ordered first frame, it arrived broken. They replaced it with a second one and it arrived completely shattered. Partially because postal carrier treated the package roughly, and partially because the glass is flimsy. I don't recommend purchasing this item.
