• The completely safe, patented system developed specifically for archival, long term, storage & retrieval of 35mm slides. • SAF-T-STOR® combines the use of archival, rigid Polypropylene with an archival method of storage to achieve the standard for long term preservation of precious 35mm slides, demanded by Government Archives, Museums, Libraries, Medical Research Centers, Architects and Photographic Stock Houses. • Each slide nests securely in its own rigid slot. The slides are stored and retrieved easily with fingertip handling yet are so secure that they will not come out of the slot, even when turned upside down or when shaken. This makes SAF-T-STOR® ideal for mailing. • Pages weigh less than 1/2 oz. When filed in a notebook, they nest into each other so as to offer the storage economy of 240 slides per inch of space. When used in a letter size file cabinet with hanger bars and index tabs, you can store 1400 slides per linear foot. SAF-T-STOR®'s unique patented slots hold glass and metal as well as cardboard mounts. • Create your own easy-access hanging slide file system with hanger bars that attach easily to SAF-T-STOR® pages. Hanger bars enable pages to hang free on standard tile frames in standard letter-size file drawers. No expensive storage equipment needed. • See-through page protectors slide over SAF-T-STOR® pages, fitting snugly to guard against scratches and fingerprints. Tight fit bows each page to allow for air circulation around each side. This is an integral part of the SAF-T-STOR System where pages will be subject to heavy handling.
