Not all there

Having purchased this Laminator you would expect every thing in the box for operation - WRONG. Laminator instructions state use 'Cleaning and Support sheet' before switching off - product not supplied. having purchased laminate sheets for use, still no cleaning and support sheet available. therefore unable to use this device.

Mars 125

I have only used it once and it jammed at about the 15 pass. But customer service was awesome and took care of me and my machine. Maybe my inexperience with the machine was the fault but Fellowes took good care of me. I am so grateful! Thanks Fellowes! The pages that did get laminated are awesome and I can't wait to get my replacement! What wonderful service and dedication to the customer. You just don't see that much anymore. Thank you so much!

Laminator

This laminator takes a long time to heat up initially. This the first laminator I have used that did not use a paper sleeve to protect the sheeting.
