This product was not used that often, and yet it still stopped working on me. The screen which allowed one to access the settings on the laminator stopped showing up. Upon opening the laminator I found that too plugs, that were connected to the circuit board behind the view screen, were melted and caused damage to the circuit. I would not recommend this product to anyone and hope that Fellowes fixed this issue with it's other models and that no one else has to go through this.

We had a laminator at my work for 11+ years, it was small and yellowed from time but it worked. Unfortunately it would only laminate up to 5 mil so I looked into getting a laminator that would laminate up to 10 mil. I decided on this model and got rid of our old reliable laminator—I really wish I hadn't. This laminator can't even laminate a 5 mil, let alone a 10 mil pouch without a cloudy or hazy result. Doesn't matter the heat setting. It it a terrible laminator. I am very disappointed.

I purchased this laminator to replace a Fellowes on which the heating element failed after 5 years. The old one was easier to use with large buttons for the various heat settings. Whatever mil pouches I used laminated flawlessly when using the corresponding settings. On the new on I've had to adjust settings constantly and still get either cloudy or wavy laminations. The best results I've gotten are by setting the machine one level below the pouch thickness. But even then I get some wavy results.

Little confusion with the instruction materials. Otherwise worked well. Did not work as well with other laminate pouches.

Shopped for an school distirct office laminator. After extensive review and a recommendation from our Staples Rep I bought the Fellowes 125. Most important was the quality, ease of use and safety with the reverse and auto shut off. We ran a big job right after I received the machine. It handled it beautifully and has a decent warranty.

I needed to make business-type cards for office personnel and printed out a sheet with 10 cards on it. I laminated the entire sheet and then cut out the cards. When I cut the cards out, the lamination plastic was adhered to the paper. Impressive, considering with my old laminator I had to cut out the cards first, and then laminate them so the edges would stick together. It was always time consuming. Now I can laminate, cut, and use right away.

I needed it mainly for 10 mil laminates. It worked for one hundred sheets total and then it went bad. All 10 mil laminates would be hazy and bubbly. Then the same happened with 7 mil laminates. The machine just died. There is a melted 4" wide piece of plastic inside. The machine would not heat up to any temperature and would not be ready. I must have bought less than a year ago and it looks like new from the outside. One user and always back in the box. What a waste of money.

This is a tentative review, as I am awaiting a replacement laminator, but the one that was shipped to me was totally non-functional--and there were no (obvious) signs of damage on the outer (or inner) carton. But I am hoping hat it will live up to its billing--wide mouth (12.5"), 3-10 mil pouches.
