I thought that the riser would come with a power source for the USB hub and the only way that I can see to adjust it is by changing out the feet on it. I do like the way that the key board is positioned and the tray in front does not bother me since I use a mouse with my laptop.The position of my hands is much better. It is a good product that could just use some improving and upgrades. This is the first Fellowes product that I have ever had. I will definitely check out the website for more products

Touch pad access could have been usable, had the front clear plastic was wider,lower, flat frame and had a way to remove the plastic portion that would hide the laptops Touch Pad, including exposer space of the Pad buttons.

This riser is great. Like the size and durability. The only issue I have is how to get power to the USB hub. Was this item supposed to come with a power cord?

This stand works as one would hope. My only complaint is that the rubber non-skid on the stand came out of the box smells like gasoline. I have tried to rinse the smell away by taking the rubber feet off the stand and soaking them in soap and water but the smell has not dissipated. The other complaint I have is that the accessory tray on the front doesn't hold much because it is curved.
