The C-420C is powered by a heavy duty 1.9 HP thermally protected motor that shreds 22 to 24 sheets into 5/32" x 1-1/8" confetti particles per pass as fast as 14 feet per minute.

It includes the Turbo Jam Release button that provides fast, and easy way to clear jams. Its wide 12" paper entry permits continuous feeding of 80-column paper.

Durable, hardened-steel cutters accept credit cards, staples and small paper clips, while a designated safety slot shreds CDs. The C-420C also features an auto start/stop function for quick, easy shredder operation and is designed to shut-off automatically and alert operator with troubleshooting indicator lights when a jam occurs, wastebasket is full or door is ajar.

The door is equipped with convenient holder for oil, manual and shredder bags, while the 32-gallon wastebasket pulls out for easy waste disposal.
