This is my second shredder in 15 years. My first shredder lasted 12 years before I jammed the blades. The P35C is a good, solid shredder for light everyday usage. The bin is small enough to fit on a desk. Solid design and good warranty on the blades make it a great unit to have long-term; cross-cut feature is wonderful for security. Overall, a nice little machine that won't break the budget. Recommend!! "

Is strong and fast. I was concerned about staples but cuts right through them. I will recycle the shredded paper as chicken coop bedding and then recycle the used bedding into compose.

A number of years ago, my wife and I borrowed our daughter's new, black shredder for a while and we were so impressed with its performance and robustness that we bought the same model ourselves, in white, so that we could see when the semi-transparent bucket was getting full. That shredder served us well, even though we never remembered to oil it! Because of our neglect, it finally gave up the ghost recently, so I didn't hesitate it buying the same model again. Disappointed it was no longer available in white, though. The black bucket doesn't let you see how full it's getting.

This small shredder is good for an individual who wants to securely shred personal identifiable information, but not for severe duty. It will comfortably shred a couple of pages at a time if fed carefully, but don't feed it so that the paper folds over itself. It will handle as much as 6 sheets of regular-weight copier paper, but I wouldn't want to try 7. Time will tell for durability, but I'm happy to have it for now. I like the safety lock which is easy to understand for adults, but difficult for kids.

We have had this one for few years. Only on light duty. Kept lubricated. No heavy duty work like staples, credit cards, DVDs. It stopped feeding on "auto" but would still reverse. The "nylon" housing that holds the shredder blades has broken and is unrepairable. OK....it is a cheap shredder but for it to fail in the way is unacceptable in my view.

The Shredder is small and sleek in design at the same time is capable of quick shredding. I have used this for shredding plastic, hard and soft paper so far and it works well.It does stop functioning for a while if run continuously with heavy load and also is a bit noisy.Overall the product is worth the price .

I actually downsized my shredder and regret it. This one jams constantly, fortunately I found the safety switch which allows me to continue operating it even when it jams. For very light jobs this probably would work well, I do a lot of work that demands that my notes demand to shredded to a government level.

Have been using # 32100 for several years when it stopped working and attempted to find fault including contacting UK office, so I purchased a replacement 32137 from Amazon which seems only to have cosmetic differences. When it arrived, I tried the new shredder head on the old bin and it did not work but it worked on the new bin. The fault lay in the damaged rib of my old bin and not in the shredder head. Nowhere in your fault finding information is there mention of damage to the bin and this lack of information has cost me dearly.

I have just purchased a P 35C shredder based on its looks and proposed abilities, but I feel it may not be substantial enough for use. It also looks like I am not able to register this product as I am not in the USA or Canada but England, which is part of the United Kingdom, currently in Europe, before it fails. I will give it a week and if it lasts that long maybe I was wrong.

The P-35C is without doubt the worse shredder I've ever had. And I've had a few in my life. Problems: 1) It doesn't adequately shred credit cards) 2) it doesn't hold much (I know it's a small one), &3) you always have to pull strips of paper from the corners.

This is the second shredder purchased in a number of years, I have bought the same item as previous due to the quality and capability for the type of work I do. It is mainly used for personal matters with some business use. Ideal for home use and a good price.
