About Gary Fong

The Gary Fong Lightsphere Colored Dome Kit is designed for photographers looking to elevate their creativity and gain accuracy. The Red, Blue and Green Domes can be used on an off-camera auxiliary flash to 'paint' the sky a dramatic color or to add dimension and flare to an otherwise flat, boring background. Photographers already using the popular Lightsphere Collapsible Colored Gel Set will have an exponential amount of creative allowances by either adding two like colors to deepen the chosen hue or by mixing and matching colors to achieve secondary colors, such as purple.

Also included is the new Gray Dome which will help photographers achieve the perfect white balance. Unlike traditional flat gray cards, the Gray Dome is spherical, gauging light from all directions, which makes it superior for the incident color metering necessary for an accurate white balance. Furthermore, it won't bend, warp or fade like traditional cardboard gray cards and it conveniently stacks on top of the Red, Blue and Green Domes making it uniquely small and portable. The Domes easily snap in place and are compatible with both the Lightsphere Universal and the Lightsphere Collapsible.

Questions about this item:

Danelle J  In 2007 I purchased Gary Fong P4 Clear Lightsphere II, Inverted Dome Flash Diffusion System. Gary Fong (SKU: GALSP4C). Is this Colored Dome Kit compatible with what I already own? If not, what can I do? I do not want to buy another lightsphere, since I already own this one.
Randall H  Yes they are compatible. I do not own the Inverted, but in the description it states it is compatible.
Randall H  I did not notice that was the lightsphere II you had asked about, nor the previous reply. So probably true they are not compatible.
