I have two problems with this unit. First, it's too fat to fit into the USB sockets on my computer so I had to buy a USB extension cord. Second, the instructions with it are very poor and I couldn't get it working. It's been lying here on my desk since November waiting until I can find some time to call and see if they can help me get it working.

ok, i bought this thinking it comes with a charger like most other electronic gear. nope, you have to purchase that separately in the optional travel kit. boo!!!!!!!!!
