I bought 8 Boulder 15 v2 panels and chained together 2 sets of 4. I am running at up to 84 watts input just laying them against my house. Durable, easy to use, and absolutely deliver on power delivery to my Yeti 400.

Works but looks like a pig.. one came all scrached up and had crooked goal zero logo. I held off on buying yeti 1250 kit and bought NPowered solar 1800 watt kit instead.

I purchased one of these with a Venture 30 and it worked great. I wanted my charge time to decrease to I purchased another Boulder 15 and chained them together and that worked great too. I now have 4 Boulder 15s (can't beat $58 each) chained together, mounted on the Goal Zero Tripod and I use them to charge my Yeti 400 and they work great (getting about 55 watts total). Solid construction, fairly light weight, and they chain well together. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that the USB connection on one of the panels doesn't seem to work. That, however, doesn't bother me since I chain them together anyway. I'm sure if I called and reported the problem that Goal Zero would provide a solution, but it's not a big enough deal for me to worry about.

I placed this on my shed to power my Yeti 150. Works great and keeps the batteries in the shed charged.

Have purchased 4 of these...2 of the old style and 2 new. Had to return one of the newer because it malfunctioned but customer service was helpful and exchanged it with no problems.

The boulder 15 was always a good panel. The latest version with the additional hook up options makes it even better.

I bought these panels to help power up our gadgets while on the road in our Westy. Super easy to use; very straight forward design with the cables and when connecting to gadgets. Looking forward to the generator and two more panels to come!

The panel is super nice, well built and just the right size. One problem though, the plugin connections have been drastically changed. A set of 8 mm clips or adaptor to connect 8mm to existing 6.2 mm panels should be included. As shipped I could not use the panel until I bought a daisy chain connector to use with my existing old style panels.

This my fourth Boulder 15 Solar Panel that I purchased from Goal Zero. I live in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and very often we lose power due to hurricanes and other storm related events. With these panels coupled with a Yeti 400 Solar generator (Home- Back-up power) and a yeti 150 Solar generator in my Chevy Express 1500 Van, I am always prepared to power my Ham Radio, lights (GZ Light-A-Life), recharge my cell phones, iPads, Laptop, rechargeable batteries, etc. I have many Goal Zero videos on my Youtube Channel: BiblesnBarbells.

I received two Boulder 15 panels free, paired with the purchase of a Yeti 400 generator/battery. A nice offer but came to learn that these panels are not actually recommended with the 400 as they don't produce enough watts to charge it very effectively. Kind of dumb to pair them as an offer with a battery that Goal Zero's own website doesn't recommend them with. Fortunately, I already have a smaller Yeti 150 battery that they ARE recommended for use with. Chaining two of these panels and my Nomad 30 panels together should produce enough juice to charge the 400 reasonably efficiently. Examining the panels, they seem very sturdy and well made so I'm optimistic that with good treatment they should last a long while.

I bought a Yeti 150 recently and it came with 2 boulder 15's. It was a special sale and a great deal. The boulder panels are well made and really do a good job of grabbing the sun (even though a window). My Yeti hasn't gone below 80% since I hooked it all up. I haven't had a chance yet to try charging with the built in USB port but that is another added bonus to the boulder 15.

"The Boulder 15 can be used to power any Goal Zero recharger." True, if you have the proper adapter. Out of the box the Boulder 15 has only a 4.7mm male connector. I have used it to charge my Sherpa 50 and Yeti 150, but it requires the 4.7mm to 8mm adapter. You can also charge cel phones directly if you have the 4.7mm to 12v female adapter that many cel phones can plug into. It's no big deal to get these from Goal Zero, but it would have been better if they came with the adapters needed to use them. Having said that, they do work great, either individually or chained together.

I started with a single 15 W panel because it came with an accessory cable featuring a set of alligator clips which I could easily attach to my trailer batteries. It worked very well and was easily stowed away. When I saw a feature pairing 3 15W panels with a Yeti400, I thought, this will complete my system. Combining the storage capacity of the Yeti with the on-board batteries, I hope to avoid having to run a generator. Looking forward to this years camping trips.

These were free when my husband purchased the Yeti 400 for me. Have not had to opportunity to use them yet during a power outage to charge the Yeti.

Great item. I had two others for another Goal Battery Unit. Have always worked well, and like the long cord supplied so panels can be placed in windors are area of sun and battery unit doesn't have to be right there.

I expanded my Boulder 15 collection--I bought 2 panels three months ago, and they've worked really well. One great thing about Goal Zero--all their stuff interconnects with no worries--it takes a lot of guess work and angst out of getting into solar power

Picked up 8 boulder 15 panels.... Couldn't be happier. Great compromise between size and output power, will work great on my expedition rig to keep batteries topped off when off grid.

We have 13 of the Boulder 15 Solar Panels. We link them together to charge our marine batteries. It is great. We are looking for other uses for them. A great purchase.

I bought this for my son to add to the one he received last year. His room runs completely off of solar power. He loves these panels.

The quality of the panels looks good. A bit on the high end for price, got mine on sale. Setting up panels on a tripod was easy and chaining them was a breeze. Have them charging a Yeti 150 on the shortest day of the year to test them out and also see how they hold up in inclement weather. So far good. Wont' power your house and if you are looking for a permanent solution there are better price to value deals out there. But for emergencies or portability this system is outstanding.

We just bought our second panel. We have one which we use to charge our battery pack at our cabin off the grid. Have used it for over a year and have been very happy. Let there be light! And music!

I have now 4 Boulder 15 panels, they charge my Extreme 350i every day, which I watch my 12v Led TV for 7 hours a day and charge my Laptop, cell phone, and use my radio for about 3 hours. Goal Zero has great solar system and super customer service, Thank you GZ...

i had bought several of these towards the beginning of 2013 and have a set of 8 (120 watts) permanently installed on the roof (half charge the yeti 150 60watts and the other half charge up a homemade battery bank) and another set of 2 (30watts) installed on my shed charging up a homemade battery bank they work great i will definitely be buying some more of these in the future for camping purposes.

Great kit, has all you need to quickly charge your power packs. It charged my Yeti 400 to full in 3.5 hours in direct sunlight. Top quality stuff.
